- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and company affiliation when you register for an account.
- Financial data: portfolio data, transaction records, and other financial information you submit to the platform for analysis.
- Third-party API data: when you authorize the platform via OAuth 2.0, we collect financial data directly from your QuickBooks Online company, including but not limited to: Item Lists, Chart of Accounts, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Manual Journals.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting us via email or through the platform.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Device information: hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to maintain session state and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the platform and services;
- Process and manage your account;

Notwithstanding the above, we do not share, sell, or transfer your QuickBooks Online data to any third-party service providers for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. QuickBooks Online Integration — Specific Data Handling
When you connect FLC Multiple Warehouse to QuickBooks Online, we exchange data with Intuit's API on your behalf. Specifically:
5.1 We READ from QuickBooks Online
CompanyInfo— your company name (displayed for confirmation only).Account— your chart of accounts so you can map inventory and COGS accounts.Item— your products with SKUs, costs, and prices.VendorandCustomer— referenced when ingesting bills and sales.Bill— purchase invoices for cost-layer creation (FIFO).SalesReceiptandInvoice— sales for COGS calculation.CreditMemo— returns that offset COGS in the same period.JournalEntry— to confirm posted entries and detect duplicates.
5.2 We WRITE to QuickBooks Online
JournalEntry— periodic Cost of Goods Sold journal entries summarising the period's inventory consumption (one per period in aggregate mode, or per warehouse in detail mode).Item— only when you explicitly trigger an item create or quantity update from FLC Multiple Warehouse.InventoryAdjustment— for shrinkage and write-off events you record in FLC Multiple Warehouse.
5.3 What We Do NOT Do
We do not modify your customers, vendors, bills, sales receipts, or invoices in QuickBooks Online; we do not delete any QuickBooks Online data; and we do not share your QuickBooks Online data with any third party.
Your OAuth refresh token is encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128 + HMAC-SHA256). When you disconnect QuickBooks Online from FLC Multiple Warehouse (via the Setup page or via QuickBooks Online's "My Apps" disconnect flow), we immediately call Intuit's /v2/oauth2/tokens/revoke endpoint to invalidate the token AND delete the encrypted credentials from our database.
5.4 No Affiliation
Four Lines Capital Management, LLC is an independent third-party software provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Intuit Inc. or QuickBooks. You acknowledge that Intuit Inc. is not a party to this Privacy Policy, and is not responsible for the FLC Multiple Warehouse application or any services provided by the Company. References to QuickBooks Online in our marketing or product describe interoperability only.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
Revocation of Access. Upon your revocation of our OAuth tokens (Disconnection), we will retain your offline inventory calculations for ninety (90) days to allow for reactivation, after which all third-party financial data will be permanently purged from our active databases, unless retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Portability: request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to certain processing of your personal information.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
